Appointment & Cancellations

Since the treatment guidelines of Viva Clinic apply to all of its employees, the clinic cannot promise that a patient will continue to be treated by a specific member of its staff in the future.

We need 48 hours notice if you can’t make it to your appointment. A cancellation fee of £30 will be charged if the required notice is not provided. As a result, you’ll have to pay for any future treatments up front. If a client has ordered a series of treatments but does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be charged for each session they missed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the Viva Clinic clinic where it is scheduled and ask to talk to a member of the team. Please do not leave voicemails that are not returned.

For the sake of expediency, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than ten minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. The Viva Clinic will make every effort to keep your appointment on schedule, but we retain the right to cancel or postpone it at short notice if circumstances arise beyond our control.

Before your visit, we’ll tell you whether you need to do anything to prepare for your procedure. If you don’t follow the rules, your appointment may be cancelled, your treatment time decreased, or you’ll owe more money.

If you pay for a treatment in advance at a clinic, you won’t be able to get your money back if you decide against it. You can, however, use the money you spent for another procedure.

Credit Card Details, Payments and Deposits

When you make your appointment, you’ll be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.

After your visit, the remaining balance will be used to cover the treatment’s costs.

If you haven’t previously paid for your treatment or a series of treatments, you’ll need to bring cash or a credit card to your appointment to cover the full cost of your visit. After the operation, you’ll be able to accomplish this.

If you pay in advance for your treatment, you won’t be able to get your money back unless your doctor certifies that you are physically unfit for the procedure.

No refunds or transfers are allowed for courses that have already been paid for.

There is no reimbursement for the deposit. To put it another way, it implies that you will forfeit any deposits you make and fail to show up for your appointment. Similarly, you will not receive your money returned if you come in for a consultation but decide not to proceed with treatment.

Course of Treatments

Prior to the first appointment, all treatments ordered as a course must be paid in full for.

Within 12 months on the date of purchase, all treatments must be used or booked. After this point, any treatments that remain will be discarded. If you don’t adhere to a prescribed treatment plan and follow up care, you may not receive the full benefits of your treatment. The Viva Clinic staff cannot be held accountable for this because you choose not to follow the recommendations we provided. Be aware that outcomes will vary from person to person and cannot be predicted. This is dependent on your current health, nutrition, and lifestyle, as well as any underlying medical concerns.

Treatment Suitability

Before beginning any therapy, we will determine if it is right for you and if it has a good chance of working. We will tell you why we think the therapy isn’t right for you if it’s not right for you. There is no obligation on your part beyond the expense of your first appointment, if applicable.

Refusal of Treatment

Without reservation, we have the power to deny you treatment. In the event that you fail to inform us of any medical issues that would prevent you from receiving the treatment, we have the right to deny you treatment and bill you for the cancellation fee.

Liability

We will not be liable for any economic loss (including, but not limited to, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way related to, our provision of any products and/or services to the client.

Before each treatment, the client is responsible for providing Viva Clinic with any necessary medical history and pre-existing medical problems. Failure to provide such information by the client will not subject Viva Clinic to any liability for damage, including bodily injury.

To get treatment, the patient accepts that the Viva Clinic or its representatives may provide any instructions or recommendations about the treatment area’s upkeep. Viva Clinic’s liability for death or personal injury caused by Viva Clinic’s negligence or the fault of any of its agents is not excluded or limited by these terms of business.

Customer related issues

Special Offers / Vouchers

In order to receive a discount, you cannot combine it with any other offer.

When you book using a voucher, you can’t get your money back and the voucher isn’t transferable. Your coupon will be forfeited if you fail to show up for your appointment. If you need to reschedule your voucher booking, give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Decisions made by management are final and cannot be disputed.

Receiving Emails / Letters From Third Party Businesses

A fee may be charged by Viva Clinic and affiliated directors for any correspondence or material required by third parties such as law firms and image agencies, as well as government authorities. After considering each individual instance, this will be decided. In order to begin the process of contacting us, you or your company must agree to these terms and conditions, as well as accept the costs we bill you or the firm operating on your behalf, including but not limited to solicitors.

Deposits

Your money will be forfeited if you fail to appear for your appointment.
In the event that you are forced to cancel your treatment for medical reasons, your deposit will not be returned.

Form Submissions

The information you provide when you fill out a form on our website will be saved in our secure database. You may unsubscribe from Viva Clinic’s mailing list at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email you receive from the company. Viva Clinic will never share your personal information with other parties.

The Law

The courts of the United Kingdom have authority over these terms and conditions.
