What personal data do we collect from our websites?

Occasionally, we include additional text fields in our contact and callback forms for users to provide more information.

Secure email is used to send the data from our forms. Form data is not retained on the website, except for purchases made at the shop.

What personal data do we collect from our external services?

  • Following a meeting, you should have three things in mind.
  • A person’s age, gender, and weight (when relevant)
  • History of medicine (when relevant)

How do we use your personal data?

In order to protect your privacy, we must utilise your information properly and responsibly. Your data is mostly used to deliver a service to you. More details are provided in the next section:.

  • Providing our products and services to customers. If you want to use our services and engage into a contract, we need to collect certain personal information.
  • It’s possible to provide personalised service because of your personal information.
  • Communication. In order to provide service, we may need to contact you by phone, email, or SMS.

We will keep your personal information for three years from the last time we communicated with you. Our data request website allows you to erase all of your personal information at any time.

On our web server, we do not keep any of the information you’ve given us.

For a number of reasons, our website uses cookies, from fundamental operation to marketing. Our host uses a single anonymous GPDR cookie named DYNSRV to balance server load. It’s possible that it will take more than three months from the day we get your request in some situations, especially if it’s a more complicated one. You’ll always know what’s going on with us.
